I know this answer is late, but given it can help others, I will type it out, since ADHD is spreading.
It is not some genetical reason, nor does it need drugs to be solved (doctors love that $$$)
You have to learn to get bored
If you get bored and instantly alt-tab to coom or consoom memes, you are reinforcing your ADHD. This is how it was created anyway, ADHD was a novelty in the past, now its skyrocketing because of upcummies and other dopamine mechanisms.
So, the solution is to cut off all social media and porn.
The thing with habits however, is that you can't just cut it off dead turkey - you can't replace something with nothing. You got to replace it for something better. Whatever you replace it with, must appeal to the same inner desire which had you in the above, regardless of addiction (social medias are an addiction), which is mostly boredom, hence seeking dopamine.
Consooming produces dopamine - but so does creating. And creating can come only after you are bored heavily, and ideas come up and you just explore them (note this cannot happen while you are listening to anything or your focus is on phone or whatever)
And by creating I do not mean "just write a book bro, just write code bro"
I mean ANY creative act. Exercising or whatever. Touch grass. Any new habit which replaces that which caused your ADHD in the first place.

Stop consooming. Start creating.
