I'm 22yo and never had any otitis but this summer I went to my girlfriend's place for a week and I felt kinda dizzy the first few days then when I went back home and I had an otitis, it was painfull but it did go away after 3 days. Now I have been back there a few times but I was ok althought I kept having this dizzy feeling each time.
Lately i've been very tired because I lack sleep and coming back from this place I had once again an otitis but this times much worse I couldnt slept for 3 days and I was bitting my pillow all night long I couldnt go to university and work either for a week then the pain started to went away and it was almost gone after 7 days but this week I had to see my gf and I had a bad feeling about it and I was right the otitis came back, now the pain is managable but it was hard to sleep yesterday, I might go see an Ent doctor but I'm not sure I can because they're asking for a proof of vaccination and they'll probably just prescribe me some antibiotics which I wont take either.
The cause is still a mistery to me at first I thought it was the altitude change because my gf lives in the country side and it has maybe 500meters of altitude compared to 200 where I live but it makes no sense I often see my grandparents who lives in moutain altitude and never had this kind of problem, I also thought of the bus I take for 1 hour which makes me feel dizzy as well but I'm used to transport usually, and then last thing I can think of is this big antenna next to the house. Maybe its combination of these multiple factors.
So if anyone has already dealed with an otitis or knows how to heal it and somehow protect my ear for the futur I'd be very gratefull for your advice. Love ❤
